Candidates will have a strong passion for football for these highly rewarding roles, which are on a volunteer basis. A fully-funded coach education & support package will be offered to successful applicants.

Early Years Football Skills Coach
Sunday AM - 9.00am to 10.00am
Working with our Under-6 Development Squad
Minimum Qualifications: FA Level 1 (or willingness to gain)
An enthusiastic, patient and understanding coach to work with 5-11-year-old players that are new to the game and need to embed basic technique. Players will have the opportunity to progress into a league team when they feel comfortable to do so.

Player Development Football Coach/Assistant Manager
Immediate start working with an existing squad
Minimum Qualifications: FA Level 1/2 (or willingness to gain)
TEAM: Under-11 Girls
An enthusiastic & well-organised coach with a clearly structured approach to LTPD is required to work with a group of players that are currently transitioning from Stage 3 to Stage 4 of our LTPD framework.

Player Development Football Coach (Multiple Roles)
Starting May 2018 (earlier involvement available)
Minimum Qualifications: FA Level 2 & FA Youth Award Module 2 (or new L2 B1 & B2)
An experienced coach that will have experience of delivering structured coaching sessions to gifted & talented players. Must have an excellent understanding of LTPD (Or willing to learn between now and May 2018).

Ideally, candidates will possess a Level 1 qualification in coaching football, however, this is not essential as the club will provide a substantial support package to those that have a desire to establish a career in football management/coaching.

The club will offer a comprehensive CPD package, full support and appointed a coach mentor where required to all candidates.We would be DELIGHTED to hear from any potential female coaches.
