Well done to the Under 13 Juventus Girls team, who were one of four ICA Sports teams that travelled to Cambourne Town this Sunday to take part in their tournament.

Playing 11 a side to get ready for the new season, they finished top of the group in a strong tournament with a number of good A and B division teams - Ramsey, St Ives Rangers, Peterborough Sports, Cambourne Town, Bottisham and our very own Inter team, going unbeaten through the 6 games.

They were paired with Ramsey in the semi finals, and after a tight 0-0 draw managed to win on penalties, before facing Peterborough Sports in a very good final that ended 1-1... so another penalty shoot out!

Ruby (who can normally be found taking the gloves for our Under 12 Girls team) saved 2 penalties in the shoot out while our girls held their nerve to secure tournament success after some near misses this summer. Well done girls!

This was ICAs third tournament win of the summer, after the U14 Boys won at Godmanchester and the U14 Girls won the silver tournament at Netherton earlier in the summer.

Well done to our Under 12, Under 13 Inter and Under 15 Girls teams who represented the club so positively at Cambourne Town also.
