VACANCIES ON NEW LOOK CLUB COMMITTEE

Our new look Club Committee plays a major part in defining the future of the club

ICA Sports FC is refreshing the look of their Club Committee and as a result, the follow roles will be created. In addition to the below responsibilities, Committee members would be required to attend a minimum of 10 club meeting per annum.

These positions offer an opportunity to join the club in exciting times.

Head of Boys Football
with the following key responsibilities:
- Capture & Document the playing philosophy of the Men’s First Team
- Establish a coaching framework for implementation within our boys’ section
- Identify opportunities to enhance our boys team offering
- Manage & Improve our relationship with our chosen Premier League Development Program
- Assist with the creation of the clubs Football Development Strategy 2017 – 2020
- Coordinate the delivery of the boys’ elements of the Football Development Strategy 2017 – 2020

Coach Representative
with the following key responsibilities:
- Champion the ICA Sports FC playing philosophy
- Be the go-to person for coaches with suggestions
- Co-ordinate coaches’ qualification requests
- Present any suggestions from coaches at monthly meetings
- Represent the interest of coaches at monthly meeting

Player Representative
with the following key responsibilities:
- Champion the ICA Sports FC playing philosophy
- Be the go-to person for players with suggestions
- Present any suggestions from coaches at monthly meetings
- Represent the interest of coaches at monthly meeting

Sponsorship Office
with the following key responsibilities:
- Assist with the selection of Playing, Training & Casual Wear
- Prepare sponsorship proposals across all teams
- Prepare and deliver regular promotional campaign to potential sponsors

Welfare Officer / Respect Ambassador (1x Male & 1x Female)
The Club Welfare Officers need to be clear about the clubs responsibilities when

  • running activities for children and young people. This involves:
  • ensuring these responsibilities are well understood by others
  • working with League Welfare Officers (YLWO)
  • working with your County FA Welfare Officer
  • promoting The FA’s Respect Programme
  • helping to develop best practice processes
  • To help club personnel understand what their ‘duty of care’ towards children and young people actually means and entails on a day-to-day basis.
