Few will dispute the fact that ICA Sports have pioneered the growth of grassroots female football in Peterborough over the past four years, having grown from zero to be running female only teams at every age group from Under-7 upwards for the 2019/20 season.

The club is now looking to encourage more females (16+) to take on coaching and management roles at the club.

The club will fully fund one football coaching qualification per-season for females that take on coaching or team management roles at the club.

With the next round of development sessions starting at the end of April, now is a great time to join the coaching staff at ICA Sports.
