We are keen to hear from experienced players, with a football development mindset, that are considering pastures new for the 2019/20 season

When we ran our first two girls-only session in February 2015 with 6 girls, nobody expected us to be preparing for our transition phase in 2019

This summer ICA Sports FC will be rolling out their transition phase that will see the girls moving into our Under-16 team given the opportunity to move into adult football.

With a new FA Level 2 Qualified Manager now in place, we will roll out our transition plan, which provides a structured approach to provide a seamless, comfortable move to adult football for the girls that want to.

We are very keen to hear from players that are looking for a new challenge for the 2019/20 season and would especially love to hear from players that would like to be part of the development of the new girls coming through the system.

We are seeking players that will support, direct and encourage the talented young players that will join the squad as the season moves on and aid them as they start their adult playing career.

This is a great time to join ICA Sports as we start work on progressing our Women's first team up the league pyramid and prepare to introduce a development team.

If you would like to discuss the opportunity of being part of the new look ICA Sports Women's team next season you can get in touch with Shaun on 07824 601506
